I was supposed to upload these after the last chilli day, but I lost the chilli con carne recipe and have only just been able to find a copy!

We had a great day despite the rain, and sold loads of chilli plants.  The black-leaved varieties sold particularly well, as well as the multicoloured ones such as Numex Centennial.
