Vegetable Minestrone (V) – fragrant tomato broth with carrots, bean, courgette and pasta
Prawn Gambas – succulent whole prawns in garlic, chilli and tomato olive oil, with parsley, fresh lemon wedges
Marinated Goats Cheese (V)- in Virgin olive oil, herbs, garlic and pickles
All served with Home-made Focaccia Bread
Carribean Mutton Curry served with Rice and peas - Mutton on the bone, slow cooked with thyme, cinnamon, scotch bonnet chilli, peppers and tomatoes
Grilled Tikka Paneer – Marinated Paneer Cheese served with Tortilla wrap with salad, cucumber & coriander
Pan-fried Salmon – served with salsa, roast cherry tomatoes, crispy potato batons & brocolli cous cous
Tagliatelle al funghi (V) – with mixed mushrooms in gorgonzola & cream sauce, and served with parmesan cheese and grilled asparagus,
Banoffee Tart – sliced bananas in a toffee sauce on a biscuit crumb base
Sticky Toffee pudding - an old classic served with custard
Lemon Tort – served with redcurrant coulis
